Milo

Milo | 6 years old | Velcro dog | Loves our cat | Loves a squeaky toy!

Milo is a 6 year old cream cockapoo who is very much part of the family.  In fact he loves sleeping on my bed and refuses to get off!! He cries when we leave and when we arrive back to the house he cries with excitement when he greets us.  Milo has adopted the role of a parent to our cat Nala since she’s been 4 weeks old, she was a Kitten without a mum. Nala our cat will only respond to us when Milo is there,  you can not stroke Nala unless Milo is present. He spends much of his time nursing Nala and also tells her off too if she misbehaves!

Milo has a great sense of humour he often enjoys hiding our shoes and eating all the mail that comes through the letter box! When the Tesco delivery arrives he takes the shopping from the door and brings it to us, sometime half eaten! Milo continues to make us laugh and smile daily. He is literally the same rich cream colour as our rug in the lounge, unless he is playing with a toy he’s quite hard to spot. Cockapoo’s are my absolute favourite breed and I will always recommend this non moulting breed for so many reasons, not just because of their amazing coat. Even at 6 years old, Milo is so much fun, he will fetch and retrieve a ball and acts like he’s still a puppy. Milo, like many cockapoos, are amazing companions and so adaptable for owners.  For example Milo will watch films with me all day long and sit by my side, in contrast, if I went out for a beach walk he would have endless energy running around with a ball. As long as they’re with you they are happy.
